Regulating the Nervous System

All the work I did (2017-2021) during my stay in Mexico was never for the audience I thought it was for... and through a set of circumstances out of my control, I came to realize it was ALWAYS for Gen Alpha. 52 Insights for Gen Alpha: A Conscious Curriculum equips one with the tools necessary to 1) regulate their nervous system, 2) self-manage their emotions 3) heighten their self-awareness 4) cultivate relationship skills and 5) sharpen their ability to make conscious decisions. Although Gen Alpha is my target audience, it will benefit young adults, parents, teachers, counselors, mentors and ANYONE needing the “proper” tools to navigate more consciously through the world.
